Our service is $69 for up to two standard 13-gallon drawstring bags. This price includes fresh-scented soap, bleach, dryer sheets, folding, pick up, and 24-hour delivery.
How fast is your Wash and Fold service turnaround?

We service 64 specific zip codes across the Phoenix Metro area, including parts of Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa. What type of bag do I need to use for your laundry service?
To ensure our flat-rate pricing, all laundry must be submitted in standard 13-gallon drawstring kitchen garbage bags. This is our only strict packaging requirement.
Do you offer a discount for bulk or large laundry orders?
Yes. Additional bags are $29 each. You receive a 10% OFF discount that is automatically applied when you order 5 bags or more.
Can I get specialized sorting or custom instructions for my clothes?
No. Our service is standardized Wash & Fold Only. For custom sorting or special care instructions, we recommend our sister company, GoGet My Laundry, for their residential service: Visit GoGet My Laundry
Do you offer commercial laundry services for businesses?

Can I request unscented or specialty soap for my order?
Yes. Basic fresh-scented soap is included. You can select premium brands (Tide/Gain) or unscented soap ($1 per bag) for an additional fee during checkout. You may also send in your own soap/softener.
What is your policy for damaged or lost items of high value?
We strongly advise NOT sending in valuable items. Our liability is capped at issuing service credits only (no cash payouts) for acknowledged damage or loss. We are not responsible for damage due to quality, age, or wear of the items sent in for processing.
How do I pay if I select Cash App or Venmo?
Full payment is due at the time of order. If you select a payment app, you will immediately receive a text with payment links; this payment must be completed before pick up or the order will be canceled.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
No. We exclusively offer a standardized, affordable Wash & Fold service. For the fastest turnaround and most options, please visit our sister company, GoGet My Laundry, for their residential service.
What happens if my laundry bag is overfilled or rips?
Your bags must be securely tied. Overfilled or ripped bags will incur a $10.00 fixed fee per bag. Using a non-standard bag results in a separate per-pound fee.
What happens if I miss my scheduled pick-up time?
If your order is not ready at the start of the scheduled window, a $25.00 Late Fee may be applied. No-shows are subject to a partial forfeiture of the initial payment.
